The group is non-profit and run by volunteers.  It operates under the umbrella of Disabled Resource Services.

The group consists of people who have a hearing loss, their families and significant others.  Visitors and new members are always welcome.

There is no charge for membership in HNC or to attend meetings.

All personal information disclosed at meeting is confidential.  Names of participants are not released to outside entities.
