Christ the King

Parish Life has events to foster fellowship within the congregation. The coffee hour after both services is a big part of "nurturing a faith community." Various potlucks sponsored by the other teams and individuals contribute to our life together. If others would like to arrange events or host coffee hours it would be terrific!

We sponsor a yearly rummage sale for which we solicit your help. This is labor intensive and we are always looking for new helpers, especially those with pick up trucks.

Receptions for new members, baptisms, weddings and funerals are some of the other activities we incorporate under the parish life team. We had a lovely farewell reception for Lou and Ted Blanchard and a coffee hour goodbye for Rick Kautz when he left.
