Sigmar - God of Purity and Rightousness 1 - 2 Penance of Prayer Your character must go to a temple and pray for 1 adventure straight. While doing so, make a Toughness Test. If the test fails, your character loses D3 starting wounds permanetly from fasting. 3 - 4 Penance of Faith Your player must climb to the highest peak of the World's Edge Mountains and pray at the alter of faith. (Which takes D3 adventures to arrive at) Once there, choose as many points from your stats as you wish. (EG 1 Strength, 1 Weapon Skill, and 1 Toughness) (3 wounds count as 1 point) Roll 1 die for each point offered. If any come up a 6, you make keep your stats. If none are a 6, you lose the stats you offered. In the future, when praying at a temple, instead of gaining a blessing, you may regain one of your lost stats. 5 - 6 Penance of Virtue Your player is fully revived, but must killed BLx1000 gold worth of Chaos followers. If he dies before this task is completed, he is sent to the Abyss of Lost Souls for D6+1 adventures. Morr - God of Death and Dreams 1 - 2 Burial Rites Your player must spend 1 adventure going around town burying any dead found uncared for. Roll 3D6 to see how many departed citizens are found during this time. For each body found, roll a D6. On a 1, the corpse carried a plague. The warrior must then make an immediate Toughness Test or lose 1 starting wound. 3 - 4 Necromancer Hunt Your player is revived, but must slay a Necromancer. If he dies before completing this task, he will spend D3 adventures in the realm of darkness, losing 1 starting wound per adventure. He must then re-roll a new fate. 5 - 6 Destruction of Undead Your player is revived, but must kill BLx1000 gold of Undead. If the warrior dies before this task is completed, he will be sent to the Realm of Darkness for D3 adventures, losing 1 starting wound per adventure there. He must then re-roll a new fate card to be revived. Myrmidia - Goddess of War 1 - 2 Call to Battle Your player is sent forth to battle in a distant war, which will take 1 adventure. Make a WS test. If the test fails, your player is mortally wounded in the combat and loses 1D6 starting wounds permanently. 3 - 4 Guard Duty Your player must do guard duty at the Great Fortress for D3+1 adventures. 5 - 6 To Arms! Your character is revived, but must kill BLx2000 gold worth of creatures. If the character dies before this task is completed, he/she is sentanced to 2D6 adventures of guard duty. Ranald - God of Thieves and Tricksters 1 - 2 Gamble with ones soul Your character plays a game with Ranald. Roll a D6. On 1 or 2, your player loses 1 characterisic permanently and is sent on his way. On 3 or 4, he must spend 1 adventure cleaning up a 52 card pick-up game from the Abyss of Nothingness. On 5 or 6 he is revived and sent on his way. (However, 1 item at random turns up missing) 3 - 4 Double or Nothing Your character is revived, but if he is EVER killed by the same race/character again, he will spend 3D6 turns in the Abyss of Nothingness looking for a hair from Ranald's mushtash. 5 - 6 Spread the Word Your character is revived, but must build D6 shrines to Ranald, each at the cold of BLxD3x100 Gold. If your player dies before doing so, he is sent to the Abyss of Nothingness to "clean the place up.." Taal - God of Nature 1 - 2 Hunting Preditors Your character must travel to the nearest forest and rid the woods of all it's unnatural preditors. To complete this task, you must roll a D6 each adventure. On 5 or 6, the forest is secure, and the player may return to adventuring. 3 - 4 The Peak of Wisdom Your character must climb to the Peak of Wisdom and meditate until you roll a 1 on D3. May only roll once per adventure. May not start rolling until 1 adventure passes. 5 - 6 Quest for Nature Your character must go to the Forest of Loren and search for the sacred oak. This will take D3+1 adventures. Urlic - God of Battle and Winter 1 - 2 Vengence Your character must kill the person who killed you/the leader of the race who killed you. If your character dies before in the process, he is put to shame and loses 1 battle level. Level 1 players must retire. After the demotion, he is returned to the living. 3 - 4 Test of Strength Your player is sentanced to D3 adventures in the Frozen Fields of Urlic. For each adventure there, make a Toughness Test. If the test fails, the character loses 1-3) 1 Point of Strength permanently or 4-6) 1 Point of Toughness permanently. 5 - 6 Battle Call Your player is revived, but must kill BLx2000 gold worth of creatures. If he dies before this task is completed, he is sentanced to D3 adventures of Immortal Combat, each adventure taking away D3 starting wounds permanently. Khaine - God of Murder 1 - 2 Vengence Your character is revived, but must kill the character that murdered him/the leaderof the race who killed him. If your character dies in the process, he is sent to the Pit of Dispair for D3 adventures. Each adventure in the Pit, he loses 1 starting wound. 3 - 4 Extream Vengence Your character is revived, but must kill the character/the leader of the race who killed you. Your weapon will also be blessed, doubling it's effect. (If it has no special effect, or cannot be doubled, it does 1 extra damage die) If your character dies in the process, he is sent to the Pit of Dispair for BL adventures. Each adventure in the pit, he loses 1 starting wound. 5 - 6 Waiting Hatred Your character is sentenced to D6 adventures in the Pit of Dispair. Each adventure in the pit, your character loses 1 starting wound. However, while in the pit, your character gains "Hatred" for the race who killed him. Orion - Elven God of the Hunt 1 - 2 Vengence Your character must kill the person who killed you/the leader of the race who killed you. If your character dies in the process, he is sent to the Haunted Woods of Tauron for D3 adventures. Each adventure in the Woods, he loses 1 starting wound. 3 - 4 On the Run Your character is revived, but will be hunted by Orion's wolves through the next adventure. Whenever the Magic Phase is a 1, a spiritual pack of wolves will attack your character, causing BLxD3 wounds with no modifiers for anything. If your character is ever killed by this attack, he will spend D6+1 adventures cleaning the Sacred Wolves stables. 5 - 6 Generousity of Orion Your character is only sentanced to 1 adventures exile in the Haunted Woods of Tauron. While there, he loses 1 starting wound. Liadriel - Elven Goddess of Song and Wine 1 - 2 Liadriel's Song Your character is put to sleep by Liadriel's song for at least D3 adventures. Each adventure slept, your character must make a WP test or sleep for 1 more adventure. 3 - 4 Minstrel's Journey Your character must travel the old world singing the songs of Liadriel for D6 adventures. 5 - 6 Pilgrimage Your character must travel back to the Forest of Loren (taking D3 adventures) and pray for 1 adventure. Grungni - Dwarven God of Strength 1 - 2 Test of Grungni Your character is sent to the Caves of Grungni to hold up a collapsing passage for D3 adventures. Each adventure in the cave, your character must make a Strength Test or lose D3 wounds permanently. 3 - 4 Caves of Grungni Your character is teleported into the Caves of Grungni, and must dig his way out. This will take 2D6 - your character's Strength adventures. 5 - 6 Burning Chains of Grungni Your character is blinded with the Burning Chains of Grungni. Each adventure, make a Strength Test. If the test passes, your character is freed and revived. If the check fails, your character loses D3 starting wounds permanently. Khorne - Chaos God of Blood and Destruction 1 - 2 Wrath of Khorne Khorne smites you with his unholy blade. All of you wounds are halved for the next D3 adventures, rounding down. 3 - 4 Prayers to Khorne Your character is revived, but for the next D3 adventure you must worship Khorne undyingly. Whenever the Magic Phase is a 6, your character must kneel down and pray for the turn, doing nothing else, and being at +2 to be hit. Failing to do so will cause BLxD6 damage with no modifiers to strike your warrior. 5 - 6 Gifts to Khorne Your character is revived, but for the next D3 adventures you must sacrifice 10% of all gold and 1 Treasure to Khorne at the end of each adventure. (Before the settlement) Failing to do so means instant obliteration. Tzeentch - Chaos God of Change and Deception 1 - 2 Visual Wrath Tzeentch twists the image of your body beyond belief, so much that you cannot enter settlements for the next D3 adventures. (Your character is resurrected though). 3 - 4 Warping Influence For the next D3 adventures, your characteristics are warped. Roll 2 dice for your Strength. Whatever you roll, your strength is now the lowest of the two. Repet this process for Toughness, Initiative, Weapon Skill, and Willpower. You are revived though. 5 - 6 Servent of Tzeentch Your character will spend the next D3 adventures waxing the floor of the Hall of Tzeentch. Alluminas - God of Light and Energy 1 - 2 Gather Energy for Alluminas Your character is revived, but must collect a warpstone for Alluminas and have it blessed at the temple for 500 Gold. Warpstones can be found in a Skaven adventure. In each non-corridor room, roll 1 die. On 6, a fragment is found. 3 rolls amy be made in an objective room. If your character dies before blessing a warpstone, he will be sent to the Abyss of Solitaire for D6+1 adventures. 3 - 4 Channel Energy for Alluminas For D3+1 adventures, your character must meditate and channel all his magical energy directly to Alluminas. He may do nothing else but this. 5 - 6 Return Energy to Alluminas You are revived, but you must sacrifice BL magical treasures worth BLx100 or more at the temple. If you fail to do so before dying, you will be revived, but the first 2D6 magical treasures your character gains will be taken by Alluminas automatically. Arianka - Imprisioned goddess of beauty and love. 1 - 2 Quest for Knowledge To be revived, your character must travel far across the seas to follow up on a rumor about one of the Crystal Keys binding Arianka. This voyage will take D3+1 adventures. 3 - 4 Retrieve a Key A Crystal Key has been found, and is for sale for BLx1000 gold. If your character dies before buying the key (which means to key is lost once again), you must go to the Shrine of Arianka and morn for her for D6+1 adventures. 5 - 6 Maintain the Coffin You must travel to Arianka's Tomb and keep it clean for D3 adventures, waxing and sweeping when needed. Solkan - God of Vengeance 1 - 2 Undead Hunt You are revived, but must kill BLx1000 Gold worth of Undead. If your character dies before this task is completed, you will be sent far away to battle Undead with other rookie WitchHunters for D3+2 adventures. 3 - 4 Necromancer Hunt You are revived, but must kill BL necromancers. If this task is not completed, you will be sentenced to D3+2 adventures. 5 - 6 Vengeance You must kill BLx1000 Gold worth of the race who killed you, or kill the character who killed you. If you die before doing so, you will be sentenced to D6+1 adventures of janitorial work. Krignar - Dwarven God of War 1 - 2 Hailed Hero Your character is welcomed and cheared when reaching the afterlife. Krignar rewards your valor with rebirth! However, it takes you D3+1 adventures to get though your adoring fans and to the Portal of Life... 3 - 4 Nice One! Krignar smiles upon your warrior, in light of your entertaining death. The battle has left you scared (-D3 Starting Wounds), but Krignar returns you to the living after D3-1 adventures of training. 5 - 6 How dare you! Krignar is outraged that you lost such a simple battle. He rips BL runes off your axe (at random. -1 Starting Wound for each rune short of BL) and sends you back to the living to redeem yourself... Riggs - God of Warfare and Blood 1 - 2 Revenge! Your character is revived with a Hatred for the race/character who killed her. If your character dies before avenging her death, she will be sent to the Realm of Torment for D3+1 adventures, losing 1 starting wound per adventure there. 3 - 4 Price of Failure. Your character is revived, but must sacrafice one of the following : An Eye ) -1 to hit when the Magic Phase is a 1-2; A Finger ) -1 WS when the Magic Phase of 1; An Ear ) -1 Initiative when the Magic Phase of 1-3; A Pound of Flesh ) -D3 starting wounds. May only lose 1 of each. 5 - 6 Unworthy Your character must prove hersef to Riggs. She must battle her way out of the Realm of Torment, rolling a WS test each adventure. If the test suceeds, she is freed and revived. If the test fails, she loses 1 starting wound and remains in the Land of Torment. Ryha - Godess and Mother of Earth 1 - 2 Compassion Ryha thanks you for your loyalty and gives you a key to the Portal of Life. Unfortuantly, that portal is D6-1 Adventures away... 3 - 4 Ryha's Garden Ryha has your character tend to her garden for D6+2 adventures. However, each adventure in the Garden, roll D6. On 6, you gain either 1-2) 1 Starting Wound; 3-5) 1 Magic Reserve; 6) +1 Characteristic of your choice. 5 - 6 Save the Planet Ryha has revived you! In return, however, you must plant 10D6 trees at the cost of BLx10 gold each. If your character dies before planting the last tree, her adventuring status will be revoked for 2D6 adventures, and she may do nothing but tend to nature...
