It has been described as "the perfect island beach house". Open gable design, double French doors, tile floors and a screened porch with hammocks all add to the island experience. The home has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full size bed. A queen sofa bed is in the living area if needed. The home includes  ceiling fans, a washing machine, stereo, cd player, vcr, tv and cable TV. All towels and linens are included. The kitchen is fully equipped including stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Everything you need for the perfect 'getaway'!

Situated on the south (windward) side of Cayman Brac, this ocean front home is cooled by constant trade winds. It is an open modern design that allows the breeze to flow through the rooms. The home is just a few steps (only 120 feet) from the clear, turquoise, Caribbean Sea. There are 3 tidal pools at the oceans' edge: 1 foot, 2 feet and 4 feet deep, perfect for a quick dip. A sandy beach area that's just right for sunbathing is right outside the back door. The fishing is good right there as well. We have caught our dinner there many  times. The home is about one mile from the dive shops and less than one half mile to the nearest restaurant.
