Located in the middle of a mature coconut grove on the south side of the
island.
The Coconut Beach house has a large greatroom with a breakfast bar and sink
dividing the area. The roomy kitchen includes: standard sized appliances,
microwave, toaster/broiler oven, blender and ice machine. Also provided:
tv, satellite dish, radio/tape/CD player, washer, phone, barbeque,
and hammocks.
The large bedroom has a queen bed and large picture windows. There is a
queen sofa bed in the living room. 
A screened-in porch
with hammocks and an
outside porch shaded by a coconut tree for relaxing and reading.
The views are spectacular & the turquoise Carribbean Sea to the south, the rugged Cayman Brac bluff to
the north, and tropical coconut trees in all
directions. The bluff is 200 feet from the house and the home
of the Brac Booby Bird. A delight 
to watch.
Just 80 feet to a natural white sand beach and swimming hole. The waves
break about 50 feet out, then lap
into a 2-4' deep area. Perfect for
swimming, snorkeling and fishing, shelling and sunbathing.
