Football Team Winner Selection Form

The team that you select NOW as a winning team will be your selection for week 13 of the season unless you change the week number on the selection form. You have until midnight Wednesday November 26th to make the selection for week 13.

 There are 7 days until the week 13 selection deadline.
Be careful not to make your selection too early as once you submit your selection it can not be changed.

  • You must enter your correct contestant ID and name. If you have multiple entries be sure the last field in the contestant ID is for the entry to which this selection applies. Selections made with either the wrong ID # or name will be considered invalid.

  • If you have more than one entry submit a selection once for each entry. If you use your browser back button, you will only have to change your team selection and last field in the contestant ID as the rest of the information remains in the form between submissions. Again, if you have multiple entries be sure the last field in the contestant ID reflects the entry to which the selection applies.

  • If you provide an Email address, we will confirm your selection via Email, whether valid or invalid, however once a selection is sumbitted for the week it can not be changed. Your email address is automatically downloaded from what you enter, thus if you enter an invalid email address your confirmations will not get to you.

    For us to use it the address must be a complete internet Email address. If you are using America Online or Compuserve the address would look something like "xxxxxxx@aol.com" or "xxxxxxx@compuserve.com".

  • If you wish to make selections for weeks after the current selection period just change the week number on the selection form, remember however once a selection is submitted it can not be changed!

  • Weekly online selection deadlines are Saturday each week for NFL weeks 3 thru 9.
  • Weekly online selection deadlines are Wednesday each week for NFL weeks 10 thru 16.
  • The online selection deadline is Saturday for NFL week 17

  • Making selections for weeks 3 though 17 is the contestants responsability.
  • Again, please remember once a weekly team selection is posted it can NOT be changed!

  • Please be carefull when making your team selections, the most common error is posting the wrong contestant ID number.
