6/30/96: Ruby Beach in Olympic National Park, Washington. The pinhole camera had a focal length of 3.75" and a pinhole diameter of 0.0138" for an aperture of f272. Exposure was about 3 seconds on TMAX 100 4"X5" sheet film.

The following 4x5 pinhole stereo photos were taken with a camera, which has a focal length of 4.75" and a pinhole diameter of 0.206" for an aperture of f231.
The pinhole stereo pairs are viewed cross-eyed.
8/10/96: Long Draw Res., Colorado. Exposure was f231 for about 3 seconds on TMAX 100 4x5 sheet film.
11/30/96: Big Thompson River, Colorado. Exposure was f231 for about 2.5 seconds on TMAX 100 4X5 sheet film.
The photographs below were taken with a Lubitel 166 whose lens I replaced with a pinhole. The Lubitel is an inexpensive, plastic, Russian TLR, which uses 120 film in the 6x6 format. They are available new for about $40 from Freestyle Sales Co.. I placed the Lubitel on a macro focus rail, which allowed me to shift the camera to the left or right in a very controlled manner. For close-up photography like the flowers shown below, I use a small stereo base of about 1 cm.
All of the stereo images below are in left-right-left format, which means that they may be viewed either wall-eyed or cross-eyed. The two leftmost images are for wall-eyed viewing and the two rightmost images are for cross-eyed viewing.
