  • Cancellations received on or before February 12, 2010, are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • For cancellation requests received between February 12th and February 26th, 2010, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after February 26th, 2010, are not eligible for refunds.
