One of the primary concerns of
P.E.D.A.L. is safety. Much of our advocacy and many of our activities in the
community are programs that work for the safety of all cyclist.
We strongly believe that if more people rode a bike ... not only would they
save money, energy and be more physically fit ... they would have a better
appreciation for this issues presented here. Parents should be particularly
aware of bicycle safety issues for the safety of their children.
