Cecilia Burrough has been in Colorado for nine months and loves it. Cecilia comes from a parish in California where she was Minister of Music in the San Francisco Bay Area. Cecilia picked this state and area for the wonderful people and for season climate.
Cecilia's past experience include: overseeing seven choirs, directing an adult choir, a children's choir, contemporary music group, directing musicals and cantatas. She plays organ, piano, keyboards, harp and guitar. Besides years of church music work, Cecilia has music directed community theater shows, acted, sung and danced in Bay area musicals and operas. Cecilia has been in rock bands in the past and loves contemporary music of many types, especially Metalicca, Cher, and Sarah McLaellan.
Cecilia is looking forward to expanding the music program here at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton with a new school year children's choir, a church orchestra and dramas, musicals, and cantatas to involve teens as well as adults.
