Wayfarer on paddling and photography

For the last few years I used to buy wall calendars by R. C. Gorman, a great Navajo artist. I was ordering his calendars for myself and my mother in Poland who is a real admirer of Gorman's art. But Gorman died last year and I don't see his calendars any more. You can only order his unsigned posters ...

I am returning back to kayaking or other water sport related calendars. I have been a fan of Joel Rogers' photography since the first edition of his Hidden Coast in early nineties. Unfortunately, it looks like he does not have a sea kayaking calendar for the next year, but his rowing calendar may be spectacular.

I am also watching photography by Gary and Joannie McGuffin. Their book about Lake Superior introduced me to Verlen Kruger's boats. They offer 2007 Wilderness Paddling calendar.

I do not have any more detailed information about the kayaking and canoeing calendars displayed here. They may offer collection of pictures from different photographers. Judging from browsing calendars at Amazon.com there are fewer 2007 paddling related calendars than we could see in the past years. As usual you can find a great selection of sailing calendars.
