This addon allows both the number and the time visible of chat frame history lines to
be configured via the ChatHistoryLines section of Interface Options. Due to the fact that
changing the maximum number of lines on a chat frame unavoidably clears its contents,
this addon loads itself as early as possible, to avoid clearing out any messages which had
already been added to the chat frames prior; this is why its directory name is prefixed with
a plus sign (+).
