This addon allows all seven chat frames to be scrolled with the mousewheel, optionally
hiding the chat frame scroll buttons (slash command "/mwc" to toggle visibility). Simply
move the cursor over a chat frame and use the scroll wheel to view chat history in that
particular frame. Hold Shift when scrolling to immediately scroll to the bottom or top of
the frame, or hold Control when scrolling to scroll exactly one page at a time. Note: You
must reload the UI ("/console reloadui") after un-hiding the scroll buttons via the slash
command before they will actually appear.
