This addon removes the artwork on all default UI action bars and allows them to be dragged.
To configure which bars the addon manipulates, and to lock them in place to prevent accidental
dragging, use the settings in the SaerisActionBars section of Interface Options in the default UI.
Note that all bar positions and other settings are saved on a per-character basis.

The Saeris* series of addons is written by Saeris to augment, rather than fully replace, components
of the default UI which are very commonly targeted for modification. The author's name is used as a
prefix to identify the important fact that this augmentation is not meant to be anything more than the
author's personal take on modifying those components. The multitude of addons which do similar but
not quite exactly the same things makes it impractical to label these addons in any other way. All
changes are made with only the author's preferences in mind, meaning that there exist only minimal
configuration options. These addons are released only in case someone else may share those preferences.
